This entitles you to claim your money back, if you are not entirely satisfied with the performance of your Philips Sonicare Toothbrush product purchase (subject to Terms and Conditions).

    How to claim your money back

    To be eligible to claim for a refund,  you must trial the Eligible for at least 21 days from date of purchase, but for no more than  90 days;

     

    1. Download a Money Back Guarantee Claim Form from www.philips.co.nz/promotions

    2. Obtain a Return Authorisation Number by calling a customer service representative  during business hours on 0800 818 888; the Return Authorisation Number must be obtained within 90 days from date of purchase of the Eligible Product. You will then have a further 30 days toreturn the Eligible Product. Refunds will only be valid if the Eligible Product is received by the Promoter within these time periods.

    3. Complete the Money Back Guarantee Claim Form, inputting the Return Authorisation Number; and

    4. Return the Eligible Product (in its original packaging) along with the fully completed Money Back Guarantee Claim Form and the original purchase within the time period, addressed to Net Response: PO Box 71104 Rosebank Auckland 1348.

     

    Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
