Series 2300: ​Philips LatteGo Easy Brew Espresso MachineFully automatic espresso machine

So easy to set up and my wife and I were preparing our favourite Lattes in no time. The manual and online videos are excellent and simple to follow. There are more complex options for fine tuning your drinks if needed but we soon realised the lattego system works great and even though I like my latte stronger than my wife I only have to choose level 3 strength instead of level 2 with the press of a button. And although it says clean the lattego after each use the fact you can pop it back in the fridge means you can perhaps do it less often. You can leave your milky drink as a cappuccino or macchiato or stir with spoon for milky latte. Temperature setting is ideal but you can change it if required. A great home machine if you want a few Lattes per week. Easy Peasy!

We love the simplicity of it but the one overall benefit is that you can easily buy replacement parts when and if necessary.

It's great to suit all of our tastes, we have had espresso, cappuccino and regular coffee. The milk frother is like none I have used before, it automatically makes the milk frothy with no extra effort needed. You can use beans or ground coffee and it's very easy to use and keep clean.

Each drink can be customised to suit everyones taste from the amount of water to the strength of the coffee. You can even easily adjust the grinder to give you your perfect brew. I’d read that that the previous version was fiddly to use the milk container but they must have made alterations to this model as we find it super easy to clip on and off. The machine is a good size and doesn’t take up too much room on the counter. The water tank is a good size and the drip tray and coffee grounds container are decent size too, so you don’t find yourself emptying them all of the time. This machine has definitely taken over from my Nespresso pod machine, not only for ease of use but quality of the coffee is so much better. I’m very happy to recommend this machine and have had no issues with it so far.

After watching YouTube video it was really easy to set up for the first time and learn exactly how to use this machine. It has settings to tell you when you need to add more water, clean it and add beans to. You insert the beans under the black lid at the top of the machine, the right hand side pulls out to put water in, and you can pull out the silver tray to give it a clean. It looks gorgeous on the kitchen counter too. It is quite loud when you use it but I wouldn’t say that is a complaint. It makes espresso, cappuccino, normal coffee and boiling water. It also has an add on for frothing milk. If you invest in this machine, you will save money in the long run if you are a regular coffee drinker as the beans are so cheap and last a really long time. I wish this had been in my life sooner it’s brilliant.

The brewing quality is to a high standard. The noise level is reasonable, as there are multiple operations in process to serve a quality coffee. The clean process is very easy, simple and quick. The machine is a solid piece of kit and very durable.

So easy to clean and the coffee grinder is fab. This makes the best frothy coffee. It offers americano and cappuccino and latte. We also have made hot chocolates from this. Hot water function is great for a cup of tea! We have this in our holiday home and it isn’t as noisy as other coffee machines we have! Absolutely recommend!!
