  • Verify whether the antenna cable is inserted properly and whether the incoming signal is at nearly full strength. Consult an antenna specialist if you are receiving a weaker signal. * When you are receiving the signal from a satellite receiver, its signal enters the recorder on one channel only. The exact channel depends on the connection (e.g. channel 'EXT2'). Your recorder will not find any other channels, and you need to change channels on the external receiver. Note: When you want to record the signal from a satellite receiver you need to switch the recorder to the correct channel (the channel corresponding to the input to which you have connected the SAT receiver, for example 'EXT2'). If you have programmed a timer recording, you also need to select the correct recording channel. We recommend you to always connect external receivers to the input labelled “EXT2“. * This recorder only has an analogue tuner. Therefore, your recorder will only be able to install analogue channels if you receive the signal over an external cable box. The digital channels only enter the recorder over a single channel. The exact channel depends on the connection (e.g. channel 'EXT2'). The recorder will not find any other digital channels. Note: When you want to record the digital signal coming in through a cable box; switch the recorder to the correct channel (the channel corresponding to the input to which you have connected the cable box, for example 'EXT2'). If you have programmed a timer recording, you also need to select the correct recording channel. We recommend you to always connect external receivers to the input labelled “EXT2“.
