I love this shaver, it is so quiet and the shave is so smooth. The cleaning station is an excellent addition and will ensure the shaver is kept in top condition.

I have always used Wet razors due to poor performing shavers in the past.i had reservations about spending this type of money on a grooming product but after using it for 3 weeks it is worth the money

I previously owned the Philips RQ1285cc which was a good shaver. This new model cuts closer and the variable speed option is a great feature. I preferred the battery minute countdown on the previous model to the new percentage style but this is only a minor detail. Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend this shaver.

This shaver is the best I have had it shaves so close and is so easy to use. I am happy to recommend it .

Have been using Philishaves, as they used to be called, for over 50 years, apart from a short and unsuccesful dalliance with a foil shaver in the 1980’s. The quality and comfort of the shaving experience has consistently improved over that time, particularly the last 10 years. For me, this shaver is the pinnacle, so far, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to any Philishave devotee, but would caution against opting for the much more expensive (provided that you shop around) Prestige series, unless they are convinced that they need it’s digital fancies, which add nothing to the actual shave.
