Shaver Series 5000Wet & Dry electric shaver

My previous Philips shaver was brilliant for many years until my son lost the charging cable and I just went and bought a shaver from an alternate brand! What a mistake - poor shave, the clipper part fell off when I hadn't owned it for long. And the shave got worse in no time at all. I have to assume the blades got blunt or something. So time it was to buy another shaver and given my prior experience there was no question it would be another Philips. And not disappointed at all - completely the opposite. Great shave and close, definitely speeding up my morning routine. No fun shaving with a blunt shaver I can tell you!

Excellent service all round, I purchased a much dearer model but it was on half price and it was worth the extra money all day, I get an excellent shave from an electric shaver just as I did with a wet shave, well done Phillips. Keep up the good work .

My old electric razor broke after about 20 years of use so I chose another Phillips. Shaves close and lasts a reasonable time between charges. Good all round product.

I was given a philishave razor for my 21st birthday and used it for many many years. Roll on fifty years and I was considering getting a new cordless razor. Having bought a Braun series 9 which I used for a couple of years dropped it in the shower and tried to get it repaired which didn’t prove cost effective. I looked around and the most cost effective solution was to purchase a Philips, which I did. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with how good it was and looked. It was like welcoming home an old friend.
