NeoPix 120 Home projector NPX120/INT

I was looking for a portable projector for presentation purpose. I surfed your website. A few days later, I received an e-mail "advertising" this product. I replied to your e-mail and asked this question, "May I know if this model is suitable for PowerPoint Presentation (with font size of 18)?". There was no reply. As I could not wait, I took the risk and bought this product. It was totally a disappointment. There was no carrier bag and no HDMI cable. The quality of presentation is not up to standard. It is not worth purchasing this product. Since I have asked your company about the product, you should have sincerely told me the facts.
