Philips 65 inch 4k UHD Slim LED Smart TV with Ambilight Very pleased with it. Life size. Newsreaders seem to be in the room with us. Excellent when viewing action and sport. Colour is exceptional. Still learning the many applications it offers. Easy to program, but have to schedule up to eight days. Would like to program once forever, constant favoured programs i.e. ABC 7pm news. Other than that, I am very happy with it.

Luv the product , BUT the after service customer care, is EXTREMELY difficult. If something should go wrong , then it is next to impossible to contact Phillips via computer /phone . I would hesitate to purchase another Phillips product purely for this fact. I struggled to find someone who knew anything about this product that was not in the manual. I was informed wrongly. Through pure stubboness I did find an employee at Tempo and we did reach a solution, but I should not have to go through what I did to reach a solution. I have since dealt with another company and their customer service WAS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This tv is great quality & performance. Pretty simple to navigate, is a crisp clear picture with brilliant clarity. I am yet to get the most out of this product, however the options available are pleasing. Fantastic frameless screen is unbelievably good for those who struggle to read small print on a screen.

We are still endeavouring to become efficient at using this tv but are thrilled with the quality of sound in particular as we have become harder of hearing as we aged!

This is a great television, picture and sound quality are excellent. Took a day or so to get used to the Ambilight, but now I can't watch tv without it! I already had Hue lights, so together they are amazing. The only thing not so good are the apps, there are almost none. It would be even better if it had some more Australian content, like ABC iView, and not just Netflix and Stan. I love it anyway though.

I have rated highly and recommended to people and also hear good comments from friends.

Really like the style, the image and the ambient side lighting; but big disappointment that the remote control is RF and not IR so can't make it work with my Sonos Playbar

The TV itself is great, ambilight was brilliant, but as soon as the warrantee rang out, the ambilight up and stopped working. Contacted Philips re: repairs, was put onto someone who told me to bring it in for repair (I dont drive). was put onto another company who tried to call once, has never returned my calls or emails. I have been without the ambilight for over a year now, so it probably is not even worth the cost of a repair. It is just an average TV now

Not good sold as 4k but does not support hdcp level phillips say you need 2.2 i have 1.x also does not have any hdr support

The TV from time to time would do the following. 1. Go into some sort of standby mode when you turn the TV on via the remote. Sometimes it restarts the TV from that mode. Plug is connected to the wall. 2. There is no Android updates, the apps and memory are limited. 3. Wifi doesn’t always connect. Now it’s stopped working. 4. Attached USB devices and TV software sometimes don’t match up. 5. Right side ambiance LED’s lights is no longer working..
