My previous 2 TV sets were from Philips too... This model is a 600 Hz PMR tv set... But I wish to know the Hz has been integrated or we need to turn on something .. What is Clear LCD, Natural Motion and Hz indicate? Smooth image processing ? I do understand what is Pixel Precise HD.

4000 Series. My biggest issue is the horrible remote control. When I push the button to change channels it is so slow you think you didnt press the button. It takes forever to go to a new channel, or to get into settings that you need to change. When you raise the volume, it changes the channel. Sometimes it seems like the remote changes the channels all by itself. There is no schedule of programs on any channel like on my previous Dynex. The sound is horrible, very tinny and sqwaky. The TV picture is very good though, no problem there.

Had a hard time connecting to wifi at first. Took me several try until I was about to return it to the shop. Finally it connected! and I loved it. Recently I purchased a sound bar, connecting it is easy using HDMI ARC but setting up the TV was hard. Easy link auto start was good it turns on and off both device at the same time. But when you switch off the socket switch and turns the TV on later it does not connect to the sound bar. Need to pull the hdmi plug again. Maybe I just got the setting wrong but I read the manual carefully.

The smart tv part is disappointing, you will wait for an unacceptably long time to get YouTube to work and then the video starts with blur images every time but then it becomes clear after 3-5 mins, I tried to use the internet browser once only because the whole TV hanged and I had to switch it off to reset it! I have not tried all the selections under smart tv after getting 'Coming Soon' on a few of them!

Even though i rated the rating as 2 stars, i still recommend this product because of its price. The reason for my low rating is because the TV only does 2 things well although it has a whole range of functions, and the 2 functions which works well are watching of normal Television and Youtube and the rest of the functions are kind of useless because its loading is so slow that it takes forever. Website interface is hard to navigate around and slow loading.

It is a fine television. However, there is a problem with the smart tv. It does not connect to the network and therefore cannot get the smart tv to work. If the smart tv works, which is seldom, the apps are very limited. The popular apps like Facebook are not available among the apps. The remote too is problematic.

dear , i purchased this TV on august 2015 and in march 2017 its screen automatically off. i given to service station but they says that its display panel not work, so its cost around TV price. i have bad experience with this TV. so do need full. It just 1.5 years before purchased. If this problem not solve i never recommended to other to buy Phillips items.
