Have been using for 2 years. Love how clear the TV shows are. On top of that, love the smart TV function where I can use the TV itself to watch YouTube.

Picture quality and features are as good as competitors. Good friendly user interface. Overall a very good quality product and good value for money. Sound system can be better with equalizer, takes times and patient to adjust to satisfaction point but end result can achieve a good sound system.

I had purchased this full hd tv from Courts Singapore at a discount sale. Little had I expected the colours to be so varied when compared to my one-year-plus 43PUT5801/98 4k tv (which I use exclusively to view 4k and 8k Youtube videos, as I had found that 1080 tv programmes do not play well on 4k screens. Perhaps it's because there is no upscaling on this 4k tv). The sharpness and contrast are amazing, and its ok to sit near the tv when watching. It means that Philips keeps improving and is ahead of competitors, which I have been monitoring at tv stores. Free to air broadcasts are enabled by a Funke Home 2.0 antenna, made in the EU, and a gift from the authorities after testing for broadcast signals at my home. Avoid the wall connections for tv signals as they cannot do justice to your tv! One requirement is to set the picture profile to auto-fit, and afterwards even old content filmed in 4:3 format looks acceptable, and full hd content comes into its own. I fully recommend Philips for tvs as they last longer (having owned a few of them), and because their engineers have an understanding of how colours interact with the senses, which cannot be measured by instruments alone. The picture is so good that you can eat it. Great value and long live Philips.

Have compared this TV model with some other TV model. The price of this product matches. The only issue with this TV are the reaction. It takes few seconds to turn on and not instant booting. Brilliant colour with acceptable sound. Value for money. If you are looking for TV, can consider this model. Comes with 3 years warranty worth consider.

I have issues with YouTube app which after a while the video becomes laggy. Switching on process is also quite slow. Not many supported apps available.

I use 1Gbps fibre broadband's 5Gbps wifi network on this TV but the fastest speed i can get is only 144Mbps. Have checked my router and found no faulty. The connection with Philips server is always cut by itself and difficult to have it connected again.

Just bought this product for 3 months at the most. First time trying Netflix and it cause my whole tv to hang, have to unplug the tv to restart it as it was not responding to the controller. Basic tv function still working normally if not using the smart function.
