1. Completed warranty card, proof-of-purchase and defective product must all be returned in order to make a valid warranty claim.
2. Warranty card and/or the proof-of-purchase cannot have been altered in any way or made illegible.
3. Warranty does not cover defects or damage to the product in the following situations or applications:
1) Accidental dropping that damages the bulb after purchase
2) Failure due to incorrect installation
3) Car accidents, fire, earthquake, flood and other natural disasters
4) Headlamp related modifications or mishandling during installation
5) Power input (voltage) fluctuations
6) Connection issues with parts other than the original car parts
7) Third party (person) damage
8) Third party (company) damage
4. Any additional costs incurred as a result of the bulb’s failure and it’s replacement, e.g. local transportation, postage, garage or service station repair cost and other costs.
5.Damages directly or indirectly incurred as a result of the bulb’s failure.
