How to get picture from my PC when it is connected to Philips TV with the VGA-DVI-connection?

Verify that the PC is set to a resolution and a refresh-rate that are accepted by the TV (see the manual of the TV).

To change the resolution of your (Windows-)PC:

  1. Go to the desktop of your PC
  2. Click right. The desktop menu appears.
  3. Go to settings and set the right resolution
  4. Click on tab ADVANCED
  5. Click on tab MONITOR
  6. Set the refresh rate to 60 Hz and confirm with OK
