Steam generator iron

Max 4 bar pump pressure, 1.2 L fixed watertank GC6602/20

Troubleshooting

My Philips Steam Generator is leaking from its base

If your Philips Steam generator base is leaking, you can often easily solve it yourself. Find out how.

Rest your iron vertically

If the iron is frequently put back on the base station, steam condensation will occur. The condensed steam is safely guided internally through the base station. As a result of this, water droplets might be observed underneath the base station. Refer to Fig. 1. In this case, rest the iron vertically on its heel while ironing. Refer to Fig. 2.

If this does not resolve your issue, please contact Philips Customer Care. You can find the phone number in the worldwide guarantee leaflet, or on the Philips online support page.
