Make sure that the lid of the dust container is placed correctly.
If this does not help, follow the steps below to restore the suction power of the vacuum cleaner:
- Empty the dust bucket and make sure that the foam filter and the blue HEPA filter are clean. The foam filter and the blue HEPA filter are both located in the dust bucket.
- Make sure that the exhaust filter is clean.
- Make sure that the hose, the tube and the nozzle are not blocked by any object.
