When does my baby begin to teethe?

Every baby is different when it comes to teething, some babies do not begin to teethe until they are 2 years old whilst occasionally babies are born with teeth.

General guideline

As a general guideline, front teeth will usually begin to emerge at 6 months, the second set of teeth around 9 months and the first back molars around 14-18 months.
