Mission: To embrace and contribute to an innovative culture by creating an inclusive working environment with a diverse workforce, and to help us build Diversity and Inclusion into a competitive advantage.
We aim to achieve our Vision & Mission by building awareness of Diversity and Inclusion throughout Philips, and by linking and integrating Diversity & Inclusion to our existing key processes. A key element is our focus on establishing "inclusive leadership" as part of Philips' overall Leadership umbrella. Other initiatives include Global I’s, WINergy and a variety of other activities to minimise underrepresentation of key groups.
Global I’s
Global I's is a global network of enthusiastic people keen to share the “One Philips” philosophy with different people of different nationalities and from different organizations.
Global I's organizes Social Activities, Lectures, Workshops, Excursions and Projects as occasions to bring like-minded Philips people together in an informal atmosphere and give them an opportunity to learn about Philips’ community, businesses and values. This offers Philips employees the opportunity to meet each other and learn from each other by exchanging experiences. The aim is to broaden everyone’s horizons, enjoy each other’s company via cultural and social activities and so facilitate integration within the Philips community. It also encourages participation and networking, thereby simultaneously enhancing employability.
