1. Information on how to claim any cash back forms part of these terms and conditions. To the extent that there is any inconsistency between that information and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions prevail.

2. Offer only open to New Zealand residents. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter, and participating stores are ineligible to enter. Entry into this promotion indicates acceptance of all of these terms and conditions.

3. Offer commences 01/07/2008 and ends 31/08/2008 (“Promotional Period”). Claim period ends at close of business on 08/09/08.

4.Customers must purchase one of the Eligible Products during the Promotional Period to qualify for Cash Back.
|

5. Eligible Products and their Cash Back value are outlined as follows: $30 Cash Back on GC4630; $20 Cash Back on GC3388, GC3360, GC4412, GC4420; $10 Cash Back on GC3320, GC2560.

6. Customers must collect a redemption form available in participating stores. Customers can apply for Cash Back by completing the redemption form and then posting it with a copy of receipt verifying purchase to HWI NZ, Private Bag 94411, Greenmount, Auckland NZ by close of business on 08/09/08.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of claims and reserves the right to disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claiming process or for submitting the claim which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected claims.

8. There is no limit to the number of claims that a claimant may submit, but only one Cash Back claim may be submitted for each Eligible Product purchased.
|

9. If the information requested in the claim form is not provided, the claimant may not qualify for the Cash Back offer. The Promoter’s decision on the validity or qualifi cation of any claim submitted, is final.

10. Cash Back will be paid by cheque, posted to the address supplied by the claimant. Please allow 15 working days for the cheque to arrive (no responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected cheques).

12. By making a claim, each claimant consents to the information they submit with their claim being entered into a database and this information may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media (including by electronic communication) without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the claimant unless the claimant ticks the circle below. All personal details of the claimant will be stored by Koninklijke Philips Electronics N.V. and is subject to Philips Privacy Policy, see www.philips.co.nz/privacypolicy/index.page. A request to access, update or correct any information can be made through the Philips Privacy Policy website.
